Noelle & Jeff have been entertaining since they were kids and have been friends since the young age of 11. They married in September 2011 in a beautiful Key West wedding and have since teamed up their talents to entertain for Annapolis and surrounding areas. They have a blast and love being able to play music together. By day, Jeff owns the local guitar shop Bay Tunes Guitars in Edgewater, MD.  Noelle helps run the international talent competition, Starpower. They both stay incredibly busy with life but always find the time to make beautiful music together.

Noelle and jeff are an acoustic duo featuring Noelle Packett on lead vocals & rhythm tools along with Jeff Packett on vocals, guitars, and loops. Noelle & Jeff play a diverse and ever growing list of music featuring popular artists from current hits to classic sing-a-longs.

Noelle & Jeff expand into a full band by adding bassist Jeremy Gillikin & drummer Mike Metzger.  The Noelle & Jeff Band specialize in party music of all genre's and musicianship well above the usual fare.  The full band facilitates bars, restaurants, private parties, weddings, and many other events.  For booking information please contact us.
